Srgjan Kerim: The Secretary-General Candidate Interview

Srgjan Kerim, Foreign Affairs Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, former Foreign Minister of that country, and former President of the United Nations General Assembly, was interviewed at the International Peace Institute by Warren Hoge, IPI Senior Adviser for External Relations, on Thursday, June 16, 2016.

The conversation is one in the series of interviews that the Global Observatory is conducting with all the official candidates for the position of United Nations secretary-general. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is stepping down after two five-year terms, and the new secretary-general will take office on January 1, 2017.
